Healing rooted in Qur'an and Sunnah
A calm, structured space to seek relief through the recitation of Qur'an, authentic supplication, and guidance grounded strictly in Islamic tradition — for the heart, the mind, and the unseen afflictions in between.
What ruqya is — and isn't
Ruqya is the practice of reciting verses of the Qur'an and authentic prophetic supplications over oneself or another person, seeking healing and protection from Allah alone. It has a long, documented basis in the Sunnah and is entirely distinct from folk superstition, charms, or anything that assigns power to other than Allah.
Sourced only from Qur'an and authentic Sunnah
Every recitation and supplication used in session traces to the Qur'an or verified hadith — nothing improvised, nothing borrowed from folk practice.
No intermediaries, no talismans
Healing is asked from Allah directly. Sessions do not involve amulets, written charms worn on the body, or anything resembling shirk.
A complement to medicine, not a replacement
Ruqya sits alongside — never instead of — appropriate medical or psychological care. Referral to a physician or therapist is part of a responsible practice.
Conducted with clear boundaries
Sessions run over Google Meet or Zoom. For women, a family member can join the call, and camera and privacy arrangements are agreed in advance, consistent with Islamic etiquette.
Ways we can work together

How a first session works
Nothing about ruqya should feel mysterious. Here is exactly what happens, in order.
A short intake conversation
We talk before any recitation begins — what's been happening, for how long, and what's already been tried, including any medical care in progress.
Recitation and observation
Selected verses and supplications are recited aloud. We simply observe and note what happens; there's no pressure toward a particular reaction.
A plain-language debrief
Whatever was observed is explained in plain terms, without dramatization, along with what it may or may not indicate.
A routine to take home
Specific verses and adhkar to recite daily, sized to what's realistic — a short list actually done beats a long list left undone.
Resources for practicing at home
Not everything requires a session. These are the same foundations used in-person, made available for daily use.
Morning & evening adhkar
The daily protective supplications, with transliteration and translation, formatted for a two-minute read.
Recorded self-ruqya audio
Guided recitation sequences for sleep difficulty, general unease, and household protection, meant to be played at home.
A guide before you visit anyone
Plain, sourced guidance on how to tell ruqya rooted in Sunnah apart from practices to avoid — read this before seeking help anywhere.
When to see a doctor first
A short, honest checklist of symptoms that call for medical or psychiatric attention before or alongside anything spiritual.

Fill in a few details and we'll follow up to confirm a time. If something feels urgent — thoughts of self-harm, a medical emergency, or acute crisis — please contact emergency services or a doctor first; ruqya is not a substitute for that care.
Frequently asked
No. If there's a diagnosed condition or symptoms that warrant medical attention, that care should continue alongside — or come before — any ruqya session. A responsible practice will say this plainly rather than discourage you from seeing a doctor.
Reactions vary widely — some people feel nothing unusual at all, which is completely normal and not a sign anything is wrong. Sessions are conducted calmly regardless of what does or doesn't happen.
Yes, for most concerns a video or audio call works well. In-person sessions are available for cases that benefit from it, and can be arranged with appropriate attendants where relevant.
A lot of what circulates as "ruqya" online mixes in folk practice with no basis in Qur'an or Sunnah. Everything used here is sourced and can be explained on request — ask, and you'll get a straight answer with the source.
